Charter Renewal

The Ravenswood City School Board approved continued operation of the Stanford New Schools for grades 5 and 9 through 12 in 2010-2011. Beginning in the 2011-2012 school year, the school will have grades 9 through 12.  

Stanford New Schools has petitioned Sequoia Union High School District for a new charter to take effect in the 2012-2013 academic year. On May 4, 2011, the Sequoia Union High School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved the charter petition.
